Super Rewards™ is our digital loyalty program. You'll earn points on eligible full-price purchases, both online and in store. Redeem your points for rewards and discounts, while your annual spend determines your membership tier and benefits.

You only save points on items without a discount. So first check whether this is the case. Isn't this the case? Then your points may still be 'pending' due to: a possible return. After 20 days the points are definitively credited. Do you still feel like you should have saved on a certain purchase? We would be happy to check it for you, email us at info@superstellar.nl and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can see your points as soon as you log into your account. There will also be an overview of how many points you can spend in the rewards section of your account page.

Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately.

Pending: These points must be verified before you can redeem them. This usually applies to purchases and referrals. It may take up to 21 days for them to be approved, but if in doubt, please contact our customer service team.

Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. This happens, for example, if you cancel a purchase (the points change from pending to canceled).

Don't worry! Go to your account section and under 'recent activity' you should click on your last redemption, you should be able to click and see your code.

Your points expire after 5 years if they haven't been redeemed. Once you redeem your points, you'll receive a code to use with your purchase.

Your tier is based on your spending over the past 12 months. To keep your current tier, you'll need to maintain the required annual spend.

You will receive your points after 21 days (if you have not returned your order).

You can invite as many friends as you want to join. Every time a new friend signs up through your invite and makes their first purchase of at least 100 euros, you will earn 1,000 points in the bronze tier up to 1,700 points in the diamond tier.
