Option 1: Refund

Choose this option for a standard return. In the returns portal, select your preferred carrier and purchase your return label. The €7.25 return shipping cost is your responsibility.

Once we've received and processed your return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.

Option 2: Exchange

Love the item but need a different size? You can exchange it for another size of the same item, subject to availability. Exchanges for a different product aren't available; if you'd prefer something else, choose store credit as your return method instead.

The €7.25 return shipping cost is your responsibility. We'll cover the shipping cost of your replacement order.

Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, we'll arrange the exchange. In some cases, a larger size may have a different price. If so, we'll send you a payment link for the difference.

You'll receive a confirmation and tracking information as soon as your replacement order is on its way.

Option 3: Store credit

Choose this option and you'll receive a Superstellar Gift Card instead of a refund. You can use the Gift Card in our stores or online, it never expires, and you can spend it all at once or across multiple purchases.

As an extra benefit, we'll add €5 to the value of your return.

Once we've received and processed your return at our warehouse, we'll email you your Gift Card.
